I am an accomplished executive with a lifetime of experience focused on leadership development, strategic planning, financial management, structuring partnership relationships and operational execution.

My core values include compassion, integrity, gratitude, humility, authenticity, and speaking from the heart. I am motivated by the desire to make a difference in the world and a difference for my clients who put faith in my abilities.

I use my leadership development skills to help companies and individuals think differently about themselves and their daily activities. My philosophy is to teach, inspire and motivate. I meet people where they are, create an interactive learning environment, and provide an unbiased non-judgmental sounding board. I empower my clients to help themselves in all aspects of their professional and personal lives.

I help companies be confident they are retaining their high performers, drive business change via the power of informed persuasion, develop and implement successful business plans, and analyze and solve complex problems.

Prior to starting McGraw Consulting Group, I worked for Verizon Business’s International Strategy team and MCI’s Strategic Ventures and Alliances organization.
I’ve spent most of my career working in small tactical strategic planning and implementation teams.
